Renovations and Major Maintenance Projects, Run by One Builder

Bathrooms, kitchens, rot and cladding repairs, decks and refits for homeowners, landlords and bodies corporate. A qualified builder plans it, our own team does the work, and you get one price before anything starts.

Why people call us

The Small Job Turned Out to Be a Big One

A soft floor becomes rotten joists. A leak becomes new cladding. One trade becomes four, each with their own quote and their own timetable. We take that on: one builder scopes it properly, our own team does most of the work, and we book and manage the licensed trades we don’t do ourselves.

Dan Scopes It, Prices It and Signs It Off

Dan is a fully qualified builder. He visits before we quote, so the price reflects what is actually behind the wall. He books the team, keeps the job to scope, and checks the finished work himself before handing it back. Structural work is overseen by Dex, our Licensed Building Practitioner, carpentry class.

“If I find something we didn’t price for, you hear about it before we fix it. Not on the invoice.”Dan, Project Manager
What we take on

Building Work Beyond a Single Call-Out

Bathroom and laundry refits

Strip-out, waterproofing, linings, tiling and fit-off, with licensed plumbers and electricians booked and managed by us.

Kitchen upgrades

New benchtops, cabinetry, splashbacks and appliance installs, planned around how you use the room.

Rot, leaks and recladding

Weatherboard replacement, sill and framing repairs, flashings and weathertightness fixes, with a roofer booked in when the roof is part of it.

Decks, steps and balustrades

Rebuilds and extensions to code, consented where they need it, with restricted building work signed off by Dex, our Licensed Building Practitioner.

Pre-sale and between-tenancy refreshes

Paint, flooring, fixtures and repairs done as one scheduled job so the property is back on the market sooner.

Commercial and body corporate projects

Common-area upgrades, tenancy make-good and staged work that keeps the building running.

A recent project

Corner Rot Cut Out and Reclad

Paint was lifting at an external corner. Underneath, the boards had rotted through. We cut them back to sound timber, fitted new weatherboards, sealed the corner and painted to match.
